  • Identity and profile details: identification values where the academy requires them for its records, birth date, profile status, and linked guardian or athlete relationships.
  • Photos and uploaded images: optional photo library images selected by the user for athlete, guardian, profile, or registration records.
  • Payment-related metadata: installment status, amounts, scholarships, payment-plan records, and provider token metadata where payment method features are enabled. The app is designed not to store raw card number or CVV.
  • Device, app, and security data: IP address, device and platform information, app version, logs, diagnostic events, network requests, local session state, secure token storage, and app update metadata needed to operate and secure the app.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with processors, infrastructure providers, academy administrators, professional advisors, or public authorities when necessary to operate the app, protect users, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.

Retention
