This Privacy Policy explains how ZOPIO INC collects, uses, shares, and protects information for the mobile app Athleticore, app identifier com.zopio.athleticore.

Athleticore is a sports school operations app for administrators, guardians, coaches, and approved users. It supports phone sign-in, role-based access, athlete and guardian records, class and event management, attendance, pricing, scholarships, payment-plan visibility, and registration requests.

Information We Collect

  • Account and authentication information: name, phone number, OTP/authentication identifiers, Clerk user and session identifiers, role, approval status, sports school, and company scope.
  • Sports school records: athlete, guardian, coach, class, branch, event, attendance, absence, price-list, scholarship, and payment-plan records.
  • Registration information: name, phone number, email address, address, role, child/athlete details, coach branch, and experience summary submitted through registration forms.
  • Identity and profile details: national identification values where the sports school requires them for its records, birth date, profile status, and linked guardian/athlete relationships.
  • Photos and uploaded images: optional photo library images selected by the user for athlete or guardian profile records.
  • Payment-related metadata: installment status, amounts, scholarships, payment-plan records, and provider token metadata where payment method features are enabled. The app is designed not to store raw card number or CVV.
  • Device, app, and security data: IP address, device/platform information, app version, logs, diagnostic events, network requests, local session state, secure token storage, and Expo update metadata needed to operate and secure the app.

Permissions

  • Photos/media library: used only when a user chooses an image for a profile or registration workflow.
  • Internet and network access: used for authentication, SyncOPS/Odoo API calls, app updates, and secure service communication.

Current code review did not find background location, contacts, SMS inbox, call log, microphone, health data, advertising ID, or third-party advertising use.

How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and verify phone sign-in.
  • Provide role-based sports school workflows for admins, guardians, and coaches.
  • Create, update, display, and secure school, athlete, guardian, coach, class, attendance, event, finance, scholarship, and registration records.
  • Send OTP or operational messages when required for authentication or service operation.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal, accounting, school-administration, and dispute-handling obligations.

Service Providers and Sharing

  • ZOPIO backend services: app APIs and operational service logic.
  • SyncOPS and Odoo: sports school records, workflow execution, and back-office synchronization.
  • Clerk: phone OTP, user identity, session, and authentication services.
  • Netgsm or SMS providers: OTP or messaging delivery where used by backend authentication flows.
  • Expo/EAS and React Native platform services: app updates, build/runtime services, and local secure storage support.
  • Odoo.sh and Cloudflare: hosting, routing, security, and operational infrastructure.
  • Apple, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, and device platform services: app distribution, platform diagnostics, and store/platform operation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with processors, infrastructure providers, sports school administrators, professional advisors, or public authorities when necessary to operate the app, protect users, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Athleticore, support sports school operations, maintain security records, satisfy legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve backup integrity. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Athleticore account access and associated personal data by emailing admin@zopio.com with the subject Athleticore account deletion request. Include the phone number or email used in the app, your role if known, and enough information for us to verify the request.

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify account access data and personal data where legally and operationally permitted. This can include authentication/profile records, registration records, contact details, uploaded profile images, and related app records under the requesting user.

Some information may be retained when needed for sports school administration, legal compliance, accounting, payment records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security logs, backup integrity, or records controlled by the relevant sports school.

Children and Students

Athleticore is not a general-audience child-directed app. The app may process athlete or child information when a guardian, coach, administrator, or sports school provides it for school operations.

International Processing

ZOPIO INC is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States, Turkey, the European Economic Area, or other locations where our processors operate.
