This Privacy Policy explains how ZOPIO INC collects, uses, shares, and protects information for the mobile app Taşıtal, app identifier com.zopio.escrow.tasital.

Taşıtal is a vehicle-sale escrow, payment, and document workflow app for authorized vehicle dealer and broker staff. It supports account onboarding, role-based access, vehicle and document intake, OCR-assisted document checks, escrow/payment workflow tracking, and backend verification.

Information We Collect

The app and related backend services collect the information needed to create and verify accounts, operate vehicle escrow workflows, review documents, and process payment steps. Depending on the role and transaction, this may include:

  • Account and authentication information: name, phone number, OTP/authentication identifiers, Clerk user and session identifiers, broker, dealer, partner, distributor, company, role, approval, and authorization status.
  • Business and financial identity information: company name, tax office, tax number, VAT/TCKN/VKN-style identifiers where applicable, IBAN, bank receipt data, address, email, and authorized-person information.
  • Vehicle and transaction information: plate, VIN, vehicle registration, brand/model, owner, seller, buyer, notary, invoice, authorization, escrow, order, session, transaction, installment, and payment status records.
  • Documents and media: uploaded images, PDFs, camera captures, gallery files, tax plates, bank receipts, vehicle licenses, notary documents, authorization documents, OCR source images, and OCR outputs.
  • Payment information: Paylox/Jetcheckout checkout data, payment-card data entered for the payment flow, cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVC, card last four digits, 3D Secure response data, installment choices, payment status, and payment processor response metadata.
  • Diagnostics and security information: app events, errors, device and network state, IP-derived request information, backend logs, fraud-prevention signals, and support/debug information needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

  • To create, verify, secure, and manage accounts and authorized roles.
  • To process vehicle escrow, document, OCR, payment, and transaction workflows.
  • To provide customer support, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud, protect users, and maintain service reliability.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, payment, dispute, audit, legal, and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve app stability and backend operations using diagnostics and telemetry where enabled.

Processors and Integrations

We may process or share information with service providers only as needed to operate the app and related services. These providers may include ZOPIO backend services, Clerk, Paylox/Jetcheckout, SyncOps/Odoo, OpenAI for OCR-assisted document extraction, SMS providers such as Netgsm, Odoo.sh, Cloudflare, Expo/EAS, React Native platform services, Apple, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, and device platform services.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs in this app, and we do not use this app to track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, document, payment, and transaction data. Payment workflows may involve third-party payment processors and 3D Secure pages. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to information to what is needed for the service, compliance, support, and security.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including escrow and transaction operation, payment processing, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, audit, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, and security. Some records may need to be retained even after an account deletion request when retention is required by law or necessary for payment, escrow, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute obligations.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Taşıtal account and associated personal data from inside the app by using the Hesap Silme Talebi option in the profile screen.

You can also request account and data deletion by emailing admin@zopio.com with the subject Taşıtal account deletion request. Include the phone number used in the app and enough account context for us to identify the account. Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, OTP codes, or other sensitive secrets in your email.

When we process an account deletion request, we delete or de-identify account data that is no longer needed, subject to retention required for escrow, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, audit, legal, dispute, backup, and security purposes.

Children

Taşıtal is intended for authorized vehicle dealer and broker staff. It is not directed to children.

International Processing

ZOPIO INC is based in the United States, and our processors may operate in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfer of personal data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, backend services, processors, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available at this URL.
